How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@champakalisilver.com with your order details. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or design, please mention it when requesting a return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
